Greatly enjoyed our premier room, it was silent and new-fashioned. The staff were pleasant and amazingly nice day and night. The service was excellent, nothing to complain about. Got complimentary concierge service - they really care about guests. It was in a very central setting in the heart of Istanbul.

Loved our stay in this place. The breakfast was freshly cooked with a great selection of meals. The room was a nice size with balcony overlooking the bosphorus, we stayed here for 3 nights. The location was best possible and surprisingly quiet, for example, a functioning mosque was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The service was excellent. Got complimentary concierge service, that was nice of them.
